I always have a great experience with my account mgr James Robinson. He's always listen to my concerns and always fixed them to my satisfaction. James is very professional and always attentive to my needs. IF I HAD TO GRADE JAMES OVERALL PERFORMANCE ITS AN A++ If you are thinking about this company think no more....just do it! They are the best! Thank you James for taking excellent care of my needs.

consistent service, drives ok...BUT closing out after est 8 years of service has been a nightmare...Republic acts like we are trying to steal from them after having paid on-time consistently over est 8 years ; the cost also increased from $ 50.oo in 2008 to $ 172.oo currently... Republic passes around " case # s" like lemons and it doesn't mean much...while they claim a phone call was made by them that I cannot verify...I am trying to retire as our business has gone well, the Office is empty, the bins have not been used by any company operations. ...As you can see from the photos my Office and ops..are a shell of what they were...and Republic's Bins show the same....Give me a break.!

I just wanted to compliment our condo associations account rep, Adrian! I called asking a question about our bill and he could not have been nicer or more cooperative!! My plea to Republic Services is treat him well, you need to keep him as an employee!! He’s GREAT at customer service. Thanks Adrian!! :)

Our organization has used Republic Services for many years. The quality of customer care received by Jerome Mitchell inspired me to write this review. He does regular check-ins to ensure that customers are pleased with the services provided and assess whether they can benefit from changes. Republic Services is fortunate to have Jerome as a member of their team.

Jerome, sales save, saved the day! Called because I was done, again once I got to Jerome the base ball game began. I pitched he hit on every point. All problems resolved and I now have more than moring ever offered or gave. Call Jerome, he will make it work. SUPERIOR customer service Jerome, now teach ALL the team to be like you! Thanks again : )

Re-review: I originally left a one star review with a long list of complaints after having multiple issues with billing, IT, and customer service. One man is responsible for fixing all of that: Mr. Adrian Ortiz. These 5 stars are strictly for him! To all of his superiors at this company, I highly recommend giving this man a raise or a promotion because he certainly saved our business relationship. Not only did he reach out to correct the issues at hand, he looked into every last detail to confirm my side of the story. Rarely do we see this kind of effort in customer facing roles, but I really appreciated it. If cloning becomes possible, clone as many Adrians as you can!
